Manhattan (cocktail)

So I wanted to be fancy and have a grown up drink this evening (it's pay day!) and I chose the Manhattan. That baxter was intense! It took me forever to drink, it was like being punched in the face every sip. But alas, I finished it with cheesecake....delicious.

So this is what I consumed:

Sweet vermouth
Bourbon whiskey
Angostura® bitters
Maraschino cherry

Never again will I try and be fancy...
