While on the subject of great teen tv (I can't let go and of course I'm doing blog research), I made the bold choice of catching the series premiere of The Vampire Diaries (and by "catching" I mean setting up the DVR on the HD CW channel). I'm a sucker for Roswell/Buffy nostalgic TV, and this show looked like it had plenty of that classic drama and supernatural stuff.
I knew right from the beginning that this show had potential, the main girl (Elena) began the show writing in her diary...um hello a little Liz Parker much?!? Well the show was entertaining...it's like the poor man's Twilight...and I am indeed poor. Lets see how the season goes, I'm so hooked.
